Guests are able to contact the dedicated Event Manager for the suite 24/7 with any queries or requests relating to their visit to the The O2 Arena. These include all Nissan Motor GB employees, competition winners and customers. All aspects of hospitality are attended to, whether this be catering within the suite, arranged access to the VIP entrance, accommodation or transfers in conjunction with the evening. Every detail is looked after to ensure the guests experience is first class and memorable.
In order to ensure the suite is utilised to its full potential, we are responsible for managing the calendar as far as 12 months ahead and reporting on attendance levels; this is particularly vital during busy periods with multiple events running on the same day; including for example the ATP World Tour Finals; a week long Tournament including matinee and evening matches.
