From the moment guests were notified as having secured their place on the programme, they received first-rate support from the dedicated events team. Guests were able to submit their event requirements and keep up to date with all programme developments via a custom built app; which was also used as a tool for the events team to alert them of timings and meeting points throughout the event itself. Guests also received a personalised printed booklet detailing the event itinerary, including their flights and valet parking arrangements as well as useful information about both destinations.
The programme enabled guests to enjoy their experience at each of the destinations; with the itinerary split between free time to spend with their partner, which included a choice of once in a lifetime activities, as well as with part of the group, with exclusive group dining and activities; culminating in a private charter of the Key Biscayne Bay.
During the event, gifts specific to their chosen activity were placed in guest bedrooms. Following the event, guests received a collection of bespoke framed photographs taken of them and their partner during the event.
The feedback from all attendees reinforced that the programme had surpassed all expectations and has consequently set the bar for our clients future such events.
